This is the first publication by the Academic Cooperation Network, as part of the South Pacific Defense Ministers’ Meeting (SPDMM). It is led by the Chilean Ministry of Defense.

Its objective is to promote analysis and reflection on the challenges facing South Pacific countries. It covers a broad spectrum of issues common to the countries bordering the South Pacific.
